Salon Policies

At ReadySalon, we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for every guest. To ensure smooth service for everyone, please review our policies below:
  • Appointments

    We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
  • Late Arrivals

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for all guests.
  • Returns & Exchanges

    • Products:
    Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 14 days for salon credit only.
    • Services:
    We do not offer refunds on services, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.
  • Cancellations & No-Shows

    Life happens — we get it!
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service fee.
    • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
  • Health & Safety

    If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We maintain a clean, sanitized environment and appreciate your cooperation in helping keep ReadySalon a safe space for everyone.
  • Children & Guests

    We love little ones, but for safety reasons, children under 12 must be supervised at all times and should have an appointment if accompanying you into service areas.
  • Service Adjustments

    Your happiness matters to us! If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days. We’ll be happy to offer a complimentary adjustment.
  • Payments

    We accept cash, major credit cards, and ReadySalon gift cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
